Echo Walker: Tactics
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to Echo Walker: Tactics ("the app"), Android package
com.echowalker.tactics, published on Google Play by Gaepyeonhansesang (개편한세상) under the brand Kivora
("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. Who we are
Gaepyeonhansesang (개편한세상), 299 Wonso-ro, Sosu-myeon, Goesan-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do 28040, Republic of Korea. Business registration number 337-20-02311. Contact: info@expathub-all.com. We act as a trader for the purposes of EU and UK consumer law.
2. Licence to use the app
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, in line with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, resell, reverse-engineer (except where the law allows it), or use the app to break the law or to harm others.
3. Price, ads and in-app purchases
The app is free to download. It may offer optional in-app purchases (for example removing ads or unlocking extra content). Prices are shown in Google Play before you pay, and every payment is processed by Google Play under its own terms. Refunds follow the Google Play refund policy and any rights you have under the consumer law of your country. A purchase gives you a licence to the purchased content or feature for as long as we offer the app; it has no cash value and cannot be transferred.
4. Your content and data
How the app handles information is explained in its privacy policy at https://kivora-apps.vercel.app/echo-walker-tactics/. Anything you enter into the app remains yours. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything important to you.
5. Information is provided as is
The app is a general-purpose tool. Results, calculations, reminders and other output are offered for convenience and may contain errors. Do not rely on the app as your only source for medical, financial, legal, safety or other professional decisions; check important figures independently.
6. Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop offering the app or parts of it, for example to fix problems, add features or comply with the law. We will not remove a feature you paid for without telling you in advance when we reasonably can, and where the law requires it you keep the rights it gives you.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss of profit arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your mandatory rights as a consumer under the laws of the country where you live (including the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom).
8. Ending these Terms
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may end your licence if you seriously break these Terms.
9. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim in the courts there. Please contact us first at info@expathub-all.com so we can try to solve any problem quickly.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will give notice in the app or on this page before it takes effect.
