Duemark: Bill Due Reminder
This policy explains how Duemark: Bill Due Reminder ("the app") handles information when you use it. Kivora ("we", "us") develops and publishes the app.
Duemark has no internet permission at all. It cannot send or receive anything, and it contains no ads, analytics or crash reporting.
"Back up to a file" creates a file on your device and hands it to the share sheet. It goes only where you choose to send or save it; we never receive it. "Restore from a file" reads a file you pick and nothing else.
Duemark is a reminder app, not a financial service. It does not connect to a bank or card, does not make or receive payments, and the amounts are only what you type in.

Information you give us
Nothing. The app has no sign-up, no login and no profile. We never ask you for your name, email address, phone number, date of birth or payment details, and there is no way to send them to us through the app.
Information stored on your device
The bills you add — their names, amounts, currency symbols, categories, due dates, repeat and reminder settings and notes — and the record of which ones you marked as paid are saved on your device, together with your default reminder time, currency symbol and theme. None of it leaves your device, and you can erase it at any time by deleting bills in the app, clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.
We cannot see this information. It stays on your phone, and uninstalling the app removes it.
Advertising
This app does not show ads and contains no advertising SDK.
Analytics and tracking
The app contains no analytics, tracking or advertising code of any kind.
Sharing your information
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we never will. Because the app collects nothing, there is nothing for us to share.
Children's privacy
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at info@expathub-all.com and we will delete it.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live — for example under the GDPR in the EEA and the UK, or the CCPA/CPRA in California — you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export the personal information a company holds about you, and to object to certain kinds of processing.
Because we hold no account and no record that identifies you, there is normally nothing for us to look up, correct or delete. For the device-level advertising data described above, Google acts as the data controller, and you can exercise your rights through your Google account and your device's ad settings. Data retention
We hold no personal information about you, so there is nothing for us to retain. Information kept on your device stays there until you clear the app's storage or uninstall the app.
Security
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the limited information involved.
International transfers
We are based in the Republic of Korea. Because the app sends nothing off your device, no international transfer takes place.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the app handles information, we will update this page and change the "last updated" date at the top. Please check back from time to time.
