SetBell counts your work and rest intervals out loud, so you can put the phone down and train. Set three numbers - how long you work, how long you rest, how many rounds - and press start. The screen fills with colour, a bell marks every change, and the display stays awake until you are done.

- Tabata - 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off, 8 rounds
- HIIT - 40 seconds on, 20 seconds off
- Circuit training - 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off
- Boxing - 3 minute rounds with 1 minute rest, 12 rounds
- Boxing (amateur) - 2 minute rounds, 3 rounds
- EMOM - every minute on the minute
- Strength sets - 45 second set, 90 second rest
- Stretching - 30 second hold, 10 seconds to change
Tap any of them to load it, then adjust anything you like. Your last timer is remembered for next time.
